How will I receive my order? Do I pay for shipping?

We cover all shipping fees within North America and Europe. Shipping outside of these two zones are based off regional shipping prices. Orders are shipped from Canada and will ship out in 1-2 business days. All orders are shipped based off our discretion. Deliveries within Canada typically takes 1-3 days. Within North America will typically be under a week. International delivery will take 1-3 weeks depending on customs.

If a product is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact service@shoplalondes.com. If a package is unclaimed, the customer is responsible for any return shipping and freight charges.

Lalonde's is not responsible if the delivery address provided is incorrect. We will however do our best to help you get your package as fast as humanly possible.

What payment options are accepted?

We accept Paypal, Credit Cards: Mastercard, Visa, Amex, and Bitcoin.

Will I have to pay tax and duties?

The customer will be responsible for all taxes incurred on the product.

For orders shipping to Canada, taxes will be applied according to your province or territory, however there are no duties.

Our United States customers have up to $800 USD to spend before any duties are applied. No sales taxes will apply at all under $800 USD and shipping is free, so the price you see on screen is the price you will pay. Above $800 USD will incur duties between 5% and 21%, depending on the items purchased. Please get in touch should you have any questions.

Overseas and other International customers are responsible for shipping and customs duties, but we will still heavily subsidize the fastest reasonable shipping method at our discretion.

What if I don't like the product?

Returns and Exchanges are possible within 14 days of receiving the product. If exchanges are not possible, a full refund or credit will be provided.

If the customer lives in USA or Canada, FREE RETURN SHIPPING is provided. Outside of USA and Canada, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs included in returning or exchanging goods. This includes packaging, postage, and any Customs charges. To avoid potential customs, please mark the package as "returned goods."

Lalonde's is not responsible for packages lost in transit. If possible, provide a tracking number once the package has been shipped.

A refund or exchange will not be provided if the product has been worn, damaged, or not in the same state as shipped. Any alterations or changes made to the product even if unworn voids refunds. We ask to the best of the ability of the client all original packaging is included.
