Returns & Exchanges
If one of the products you receive fails to live up to reasonable expectations, does not fit, or you just didn't like it as much as you thought you would, return it within 14 days and we will gladly refund or exchange (or in some cases repair) the item. We strive to ensure our customers are happy with their purchases, but hate these pesky refund windows. It simply insures that we have a chance to sell the product (if it is in selling condition) before the season ends.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Original packaging and hang tags must also be included. Failure to include all packaging may result in a 10% restocking fee.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get the ball rolling. We'll provide you with all of the information required to return the item, including address and suggested shipping methods. For defective goods, we will pay for return shipping no matter where you are in the world. Within the refund window, customers in Canada and USA will be provided with a shipping label to print and use at no charge. For all other countries outside of Canada and USA, shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We're a small business, we can't just be throwing money around like that.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If the refund is rejected, we will be sure to provide you with options for recovering your item, repairing it, or donating it. We don't need to get into that here.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after a substantial amount of time, and we told you we refunded your item, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com. We are here to help as much as possible.
Sale items are not exempt from refunds! Of course you can return that jacket if it doesn't fit you. Get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get your money back.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 300 N. Service Road W. Oakville Ontario CA L6M 2S2. Please do not ship anything without receiving instructions, as you will require a Return Authorization number. To get one, contact firstname.lastname@example.org!
If you live in Canada or USA, we will pay for return shipping! Yay!
If you live outside of Canada and USA, you will be responsible for payment and insurance for return shipping, as we don't have piles of money laying around. Boo!"
